1. Service Agreement
By engaging Boldmedia Signage’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute the entire agreement between you and Boldmedia regarding the signage services. Any additional terms or modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2. Scope of Services
Boldmedia Signage specializes in providing high-quality signage solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of major shopping centers, franchise companies, oil corporations, and manufacturers. Our services include design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of various signage types, as mutually agreed upon in the project scope.
3. Client Responsibilities
As our valued client, you are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the execution of signage projects. This includes but is not limited to brand guidelines, site-specific details, and any required permissions or approvals.
4. Project Timelines and Deliverables
We strive to meet agreed-upon project timelines and deliverables to the best of our ability. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, regulatory changes, or other external factors may impact project schedules. We will communicate any delays promptly and work diligently to minimize disruptions.
5. Pricing and Payments
Pricing for our services will be communicated and agreed upon before the commencement of any project. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payments, will be outlined in our proposal or agreement. All payments shall be made in the agreed-upon currency within the stipulated time frame.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Boldmedia Signage retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the design, concepts, and materials used in the signage projects unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon full payment, clients will receive the necessary rights to utilize the completed signage for their intended purposes.
7. Warranty and Maintenance
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any defects arising from our services will be rectified within a reasonable period, subject to the terms outlined in our warranty policy. Maintenance services may be offered as per the agreed-upon terms and duration.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Boldmedia Signage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or any breach of these Terms. Our liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific signage services provided.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable period. Termination shall not relieve either party of any outstanding obligations accrued before the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms shall be conducted in the courts of South Africa.
